What are Property Management Associates?  They are the individuals that are appointed your rental portfolio, so that they take care of the property directly.  We are a hands on Property Management firm, and when we appoint one of our property management associates to your property, they will handle all aspects of your property.  This includes leasing signing, lease renewals, property showings, maintenance, property inspections and more.

At Herman Boswell Property Management, we believe on the hands on approach.  The simply reason, being that it enables us to personally protect your investment properties, as to prevent prolonged property damage, or lease violations.
