When a lease is up for renewal, we will contact the tenants to let them know it is time to come in and complete their lease renewal for the upcoming year. When we notify the tenant that it is time to renew and will provide them with the details of what the renewal will contain, such as any rent price increase etc.
Once the tenant informs us of their intention to renew, then we will prepare all the necessary lease agreements so that the renewal process goes smooth and painless for all parties involved.
