Families typically send their school-age children to the excellent public schools overseen by the Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School District. Grapevine High, in particular, has received many awards. It has been named a National Blue Ribbon School and New American High School and was ranked the 41st best high school in the United States in 2007.

Grapevine also has one comprehensive private educational institution, Faith Christian School. Selective in its admissions process, it serves students from kindergarten all the way through elementary, junior and high school and also offers a K-8 home school option.

Tremendous local attractions

The city has many attractions for people of all ages. The Grapevine Mills Mall offers a variety of stores, from family favorites like the Gap to Foot Locker and Bed Bath & Beyond to upscale designer boutiques such as Perry Ellis and Michael Kors. It also provides patrons with amenities such as an indoor ice rink and a movie theater.
Main Street in historic downtown Grapevine is also popular with residents who prefer a more traditional shopping experience. Shops in this area run the gamut from antique stores to restaurants, bars and specialty shops.

The Grapevine Vintage Railroad, which departs from South Main Street, follows a scenic route between Grapevine and Fort Worth Stockyards. We Conduct Regular Property Inspections

To ensure that your property remains in the utmost best condition, we conduct regular inspections. During these inspections, we pin point any needed repairs that may not have been reported by the tenant. This process helps to eliminate prolonged damage to your rental, due to tenant failing to inform management of repair needs that arise.

The type of inspections, that we do are move-in, periodic, & move-out inspections. We also conduct periodic drive by inspections. These inspections also help to ensure tenants are complying with their lease, as such as having unreported pets.

Carefully screening of applicants to try and find the best tenant for your property

Our screening process is pretty robust, using the best 3rd party verification system available. We utilize credit history, criminal history, employment verification and rental history to gain a complete picture of the lease applicant.

Select contractors for any needed repairs or maintenance

We have access to some of the most skilled trades people in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Due to our size, we can get excellent rates on the most common needed work such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, garage door, landscape, painting and more!

Taking and processing applications from potential tenants

Handle Lease Contracts, Renewals, and Addendums

When a lease is up for renewal, we will contact the tenants that their lease is expiring. When we notify the tenant that it is time to renew and will provide them with the details of what the renewal will contain, such as any rent price increase etc.
